Acts 2:38

(Act 2:38)  Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.

We believe that to be saved you must repent of your sins, be baptized in water for the remission of your sins and receive the Holy Ghost which when you do you will speak in a language you don’t know as the Spirit speaks through you.

We believe that there is one God and His name is Jesus. God was manifest in the flesh through Jesus Christ. Jesus shed His blood on the cross for us to wash away our sins.

We believe that when you repent and are baptized in water and filled with the Holy Ghost that you are a new creature.

Old things are passed away and all things have become new.

So, you don’t live like you used to live. You are changed.

Obedience

(1Pe 1:14)  As obedient children, not fashioning yourselves according to the former lusts in your ignorance:

(1Pe 1:15)  But as he which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation;

(1Pe 1:16)  Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy.

The word holy means sacred (physically pure, morally blameless or religious, ceremonially consecrated):

So we are to be pure and consecrated to God.

So we believe that we should be holy on the inside and outside.

The best life is one lived to glorify and please God.
